Nicole is based in South Africa (SAST — UTC+2) and works standard business hours Monday to Friday. For clients in the US, UK, or Australia, early morning SAST calls are available to accommodate business hours across time zones.

Typically within 48 hours of a signed service agreement and first payment. Nicole will confirm the exact start date in the proposal. For urgent situations — particularly project recovery — starting within 24 hours is often possible.

For engagements booked through Fiverr or Upwork, payment is handled through those platforms with full buyer protection. For direct engagements, Nicole invoices via Wave and accepts bank transfer, PayPal, or Payoneer. For engagements above $500, a 50/50 split (upfront and on delivery) is available.

Yes — happy to sign a standard NDA before you share any confidential business information. Reviare Group's standard NDA can be provided, or Nicole will review your company's standard form.

Every engagement includes at least one revision round. If the deliverable doesn't meet the agreed scope, Nicole revises at no additional charge. If you want something that falls outside the agreed scope, that's discussed openly before any additional work begins.
